8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to OnHealth (such as meal photos or notes). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit any content and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

9. AI-Generated Content

OnHealth uses artificial intelligence to generate meal plans, recipes, and nutritional analysis. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for your specific needs
Nutritional estimates from photo analysis are approximations
You should verify important nutritional information, especially if you have allergies or health conditions
AI suggestions should not replace professional dietary advice

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONHEALTH AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
Any damages resulting from reliance on nutritional information or meal plans
Any health issues or adverse reactions from following our recommendations

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnHealth and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
